The Mirai Creation Fund invests in companies with technologies that contribute to solving future societal challenges and realizing a sustainable society. By supporting the growth and development of these companies, the fund seeks to accelerate innovation. Through collaboration between investors and portfolio companies, the fund aims to create “new value” that helps shape the future and deliver it to Japan and the world.
In 2026, Mirai Creation Fund IV was launched, adding Space-related technologies as a new key investment area alongside Intelligent Technologies, Robotics, and Carbon Neutrality. This expansion leverages the expertise, investment track record, and network developed through the Space Frontiers Fund.

The fund invests in privately held companies in Japan and around the world across four key investment areas: Intelligent Technologies, Robotics, Carbon Neutrality, and space-related technologies. Launched in 2026, Mirai Creation Fund IV added space-related technologies as a new key investment area, drawing on the investment experience, expertise, and network cultivated through the Space Frontiers Fund. Through these investments, the fund seeks to support innovative companies that address societal challenges, including demographic change and climate change, while contributing to improved well-being and the realization of a sustainable future society.
